RAF Dakota KG765 arriving at Lahore in October 1947 bringing Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Governor-General of Pakistan for talks with Lord Mountbatten regarding the crisis in Kashmir. Note that the aircraft nose carries an emblem, believed to be the same emblem of the Governor-General of Pakistan that was carried on Vickers Viking J-750. This emblem appears above. The Viking replaced the Dakota KG765. The top image is a still from a film held by the Pakistan National Archives.
