QAM entered into an agreement with Dr Richard Heath to store two Cessna 402 airframes (VH-RJH and VH-NQC) within the QAM compound at Caloundra for a period of one year. The agreement stipulated that one Cessna 402 airframe would remain with QAM but ultimately both aircraft (VH-RJH and VH-NQC) were gifted to QAM.

Coolangatta Airport Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) officially agreed to exchange Cessna 336 VH-CMY for the airframe of Cessna 402 VH-RJH which QAM mounted on a dummy undercarriage to serve as a firefighting trainaid.

Delivered to the Gold Coast Airport in exchange for Cessna 336 VH-CMY.
