At
peace with the world and minding her own business, F-111C A8-129 at
repose on Cocos Island during a visit on 21-22 June 1977. To underline
the deterrent power of the F-111, it was deemed that the presence of
A8-129 and another RAAF F-111 in the background had upset the balance
of power in the Indian Ocean! This photo was kindly supplied by Martin
Chalk who was the navigator on A8-129.
