   Purchased from Mr P. Gourlay on the Sunshine Coast. The Turana target drone was designed and built in Australia as a development of the Ikara anti-submarine weapon system. The Turana has a length of 3.37m, a span of 1.53m and a maximum weight of 251 kg.

   The aircraft was repainted. The RAAF roundels were reproduced in the same incorrect proportions which appeared on all Turanas.
