Neptune A89-277 at Sangley Point in the Philippines during operation
Sea Serpent in April 1963. Names are unknown but it is presumed
that this is Flt Lt G.A. Banfield and his crew. The white anchor zap
marking represents VP-40 (U.S. Navy Patrol Squadron 40) which was based
at Sangley Point flying Martin P5M Marlins. QUEENSLAND
