Four Mohawk 298s were imported into Australia in 1987 and the fleet remained together with several operators until they were finally withdrawn from service by Majestic Airways in 1995. All four aircraft were parted out at Bundaberg where they are seen on 9 November 1995 after having been scattered by a storm. The aircraft are, left to right, VH-HIX, VH-HKT, VH-HKS and VH-HEI. QAM's VH-HIX is the sole survivor. Photo: Shaun Ryan QUEENSLAND AIR MUSEUM www.qam.com.au |
