Cessna 402A VH-DZY was operated by Rex Aviation on behalf of the CSIRO
on cloud-seeding experiments in the Mackay area from January to February
1972. The lower image shows a duct (purpose unknown) fitted to the nose
cone and a chute on the side of the fuselage for dispensing dry ice
into clouds. The aircraft was piloted by Phillip Zupp who had flown
