The 13 July 1973 response from the Department of Civil Aviation regarding
the wing fire on Beech Queen Air VH-FDV at Lansdowne Station on 19 October
1971 (not 20 December as stated in the letter). Ironically, this letter
about a fire damaged aeroplane is itself fire damaged having been salvaged
from the ruins of Jan Ende's house! QUEENSLAND
